Cemeti Art House is more an open ended series of spaces which inviting for another art interventions. For many years since it was inaugurated in 1999 many artists occupied and responded those spaces with their creativity and sensitivity.

I feel very fortunate to be invited to make an art intervention in that space. It is more like adding another layer while respecting to the existing , as I perceived in doing architecture .
The bamboo installation is also an inversion of the existing space , which is gradually becoming more inside and enclosed. And with the installation the spatial experience will change from inside to become more out side. It is an interwoven spaces in material and also in time…
